1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Payloom", "we", "us", "our" refers to the business operating as Payloom, based at Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual or organisation accessing our website or enquiring about or enrolling in our programs.
• "Programs" refers to the educational courses, workshops, and programs offered by Payloom, including the Payroll Basics Course, Small Business Payroll Operations Workshop, and Complete Small Business Finance Operations Program.
• "Content" refers to all written materials, templates, checklists, presentations, and other educational resources produced by Payloom.
• "Website" refers to the Payloom website accessible at payloomil.live.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Payloom program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or enrol in our programs.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Service Description

Payloom provides educational programs focused on payroll and everyday finance operations for small businesses. All programs are general operational education in nature. They are not accounting services, statutory filing advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated professional service.

Our programs point participants to official statutory sources (such as KWSP, PERKESO, and LHDN) for figures and obligations that fall within the scope of regulated advice. Payloom does not advise on specific filing decisions, contribution calculations, or legal obligations.

Program availability is subject to scheduling and minimum enrolment requirements. Payloom reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program cohort, in which case enrolled participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or enrolling
• Attend scheduled sessions or complete self-paced modules within any agreed timeframe
• Treat other participants and facilitators with courtesy and respect
• Not record, reproduce, or redistribute program sessions or materials without prior written consent from Payloom
• Not use program content or materials for commercial resale or to create competing educational products
• Comply with all applicable laws in your use of our programs and website

5. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Payloom — including course materials, templates, checklists, session notes, illustrations, and website text — is the intellectual property of Payloom and is protected by applicable Malaysian copyright law.

Upon enrolment, participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use program materials for their own internal business operations. This licence does not permit distribution, sublicensing, or commercial use of any materials.

Templates and checklists provided as part of programs may be adapted for internal use within your business. They may not be resold or shared publicly in their original or adapted form.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing

• Payroll Basics Course: RM 528 per participant
• Small Business Payroll Operations Workshop: RM 1,740 per participant
• Complete Small Business Finance Operations Program: RM 3,020 per participant

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due prior to program commencement unless a separate invoice arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before a program start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a transfer to a future cohort.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. A transfer to a future cohort may be arranged at Payloom's discretion.
• For the self-paced Payroll Basics Course, refund requests made within 7 days of access activation and before completing more than 20% of the course content will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

HRD Corp (SBL-Khas) eligible participants should confirm claimability with HRD Corp before enrolling. Payloom does not guarantee outcomes of HRD Corp applications.

7. Program-Specific Terms

Self-Paced Course

The Payroll Basics Course provides access to modules for a defined period following activation. Access is personal and non-transferable. Participants may not share login credentials.

Workshop

The Small Business Payroll Operations Workshop is delivered in five weekly sessions. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged for best outcomes. Payloom does not provide catch-up sessions for missed sessions as a standard entitlement, though session notes will be provided.

Finance Operations Program

The Complete Small Business Finance Operations Program runs over 12 weeks with scheduled live sessions. Participants who miss more than two facilitated sessions without prior notice may forfeit community access. Template toolkit access continues regardless of attendance.

8. Disclaimers

All Payloom programs are provided for general educational and operational information purposes only. Nothing in our programs, materials, or communications constitutes accounting advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional guidance.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that content is accurate and up to date. However, statutory figures, contribution rates, and regulatory requirements change over time. Participants are always directed to consult official government sources and qualified advisers for current obligations.

Payloom does not warrant that participation in our programs will produce any specific business outcome, compliance result, or level of operational improvement. Outcomes depend on implementation and individual circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Payloom's total liability to any user in connection with our programs or website shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the program to which the claim relates.

Payloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our programs or website, including loss of business, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from reliance on program content.

10. Termination

Payloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's access to programs where there has been a material breach of these Terms, including misuse of content, disruptive behaviour during sessions, or non-payment.

Users may withdraw from programs subject to the refund terms in Section 6. Withdrawal does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to withdrawal.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or the relevant Malaysian courts with jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur.

12. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Payloom in relation to the use of our website and programs.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it at a later time.
• Assignment: Payloom may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without Payloom's prior written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of our website or participation in programs following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
